That said, there could be situations or circumstances that might make the delivery or pick up of the rentals more challenging. These may include:
What are the drop-off and pick-up times?
The drop-off and pick-up times may vary. Typical drop-off time is between: 6:30am and 1:00pm. Typical pick-up time is between: 5:00pm and 8:00pm. We will ALWAYS do our best to give you a one (1) hour window for a delivery time. We do NOT charge by the hour. We are proud to offer all day rentals and are always willing to work with the customer to achieve their specific rental needs and requirements.
Do you deliver and set up?
Of course we do! We will deliver and set up your chosen bounce house rental and ensure that it is clean, well-anchored and in overall great working condition. It will take about 15-30 minutes to complete setup and ensure everything is safe. We DO require a 120V circuit with a minimum 15 amp breaker (this is standard on most homes throughout the Capital Region). Generators may also be provided for a power source at an additional cost.
You provide the power, we provide everything else !!!
What are the bounce house rules?
We require adult supervision at ALL times. It is important that there are NO eyeglasses, silly string, pens, pencils, food, gum, drinks, glasses etc when using the bounce rental. Please, NO wrestling or fighting while using the bounce equipment.
What type of surface is best for rental day?
From our experience, it is always best to have a level, grassy area that is free from any trees, power lines or other home structures. If that is not possible for you, we can set up the bounce rental on asphalt or concrete.
It is VERY important you notify us of the surface you have available to ensure we are bringing the proper equipment.
What do I do in the event of inclement weather?
We are fully aware that we have no control over the weather, especially in the Capital District. Further, we know emergencies can happen causing unpredictable changes to the schedule.
The last thing we want to do is risk causing injury to your children or to any equipment. That being said, our policy is very simple: if you need to cancel, for any reason before we setup, we will honor your request. There are no financial obligations with Andrew's Bounce Rentals. If you choose, we will work with you to reschedule as soon as it is convenient for you, your family and friends.
Please note that once we setup equipment, there will be NO refunds.
If there is the risk of high-wind situations in the area, we will be aggressively monitoring the situation to determine what is the best course of action to ensure maximum safety. If winds are in excess of 20-25 mph, we will have to decline setup as it would prevent us from properly and effectively anchoring the bounce rental to the ground. We take the safety of our customers and equipment very seriously.

- Please pick up any pet feces in the yard before your inflatable is delivered.
